At ISP, we are proud to cook our meals in house. We have an amazingly talented cook, Mrs Buckingham, who leads our kitchen and produces wonderful, nutritious, homemade meals every day
Mrs Buckingam sources food locally, where possible, including meat from our local Butcher.
School meals are currently charged at a reasonable price of £2.65 and £1.95 for pupils in Nusery. School meals are made payable via our online system, SchoolGrid. Once an account reaches a total of £15, SchoolGrid will send out a payment reminder via email.Under the government scheme ‘ Universal Free School Meals’, all pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 receive a daily school meal free.
Mrs Buckingham provides a three week rolling menu with specialities including ‘Roast Wednesday’ rotating with chicken, beef and pork. Regular themed days are planned to link with classroom topics and our school community are welcomed in for special events such as Christmas.
