Our vision is something we seek to live out every day. It influences the decisions we make, the relationships we build and the opportunities we provide for every member of our school family.
Be Strong
We develop confidence, resilience and perseverance.
We encourage children to recognise their own strengths and God-given gifts, while knowing that asking for help and supporting one another are also signs of strength.
Be Courageous
We encourage our children to speak up, try new things, stand for justice and make positive choices – even when doing the right thing is not always the easiest thing.
Children are given opportunities to use their voices and understand that they can make a difference within their school, their community and the wider world.

We are Team ISP.
We celebrate the uniqueness of every individual while recognising that we are stronger when we learn, worship, serve and grow together.

Our Christian values help us to put our vision into action.
Throughout the school year, our school community explores different Christian values through Collective Worship, Bible stories, classroom reflection, prayer and opportunities to put our learning into action.
Children are encouraged not simply to learn about Christian values, but to recognise how they can live them through their relationships, choices and actions.

Our Vision in Action
Our Christian vision reaches far beyond words on a page. It can be seen in the everyday life of our school and in the opportunities our children have to worship, reflect, lead, serve and make a difference.
Worship & Prayer
Collective Worship is central to the life of ISP.
Children and adults gather together to explore Bible stories, Christian teaching and our values, while children are increasingly given opportunities to lead worship, prayer and reflection themselves.
Church & Community
Our close relationship with St Peter’s Church is an important part of our Christian identity.
Through worship, church services, visits from our clergy and opportunities to learn together, children experience what it means to belong to a wider Christian community.
Courageous Advocacy & Justice
Our vision encourages children to understand that they have a voice and can use it to make a positive difference.
Through opportunities including School Parliament, caring for our environment, charitable giving and supporting our local community, children learn that Christian faith calls us to care for other people and for God’s world.
Belonging – Team ISP
At ISP, everyone belongs.
Our Family Groups bring children and adults from across the school together, strengthening relationships between different age groups and reinforcing our shared identity as Team ISP.
Spiritual Flourishing
We provide children with opportunities to explore spirituality through prayer, reflection, awe and wonder, creativity and moments of stillness.
Prayer spaces within our school, our developing outdoor reflection spaces, Collective Worship and experiences across the curriculum give children opportunities to ask big questions, reflect on their experiences and consider what is important to them.
